Concentrix, the country's largest private employer and a leader in customer experience (CX) solutions and technology, has signed a ground-breaking agreement that confirms its plans to move to Cebu Exchange in 2023 and expand significantly.

Through this strategic partnership with ARTHALAND, Concentrix will bolster its already substantial local presence by acquiring Cebu Exchange, a PEZA-accredited office complex that is on track to become the Philippines' largest net-zero carbon-certified building. The labor force must increase at the same rate as the population.
Cebu City has become a popular location for conducting business because it has a large number of skilled laborers, is better connected to the rest of the country, and is less expensive than Manila. According to the 2020 Tholons Global Innovation Index, the city is the twelfth best location for business process outsourcing. (BPO).
According to Dom Fredrick Andaya, Senior Director of Office Services - Tenant Representation at Colliers, the office space market in Cebu has always been dynamic. In 2022, 60 percent of all provincial office transactions we tracked occurred in Cebu, and most of these lease transactions involved IT-BPM companies.
Concentrix will relocate its operations to multiple floors of Cebu Exchange later this year, occupying a total of 16,686.73 square meters of gross rentable space. It is the largest business transaction and office relocation in the southern Philippines compared to other transactions of comparable size and requirements.
The partnership also demonstrates Concentrix's strategic focus on environmental, social, and governance issues, as well as its Doing Right DNA, which both align with ARTHALAND's goals for sustainable development, which prioritize the welfare of the nation's citizens. The Cebu Exchange's wellness facilities demonstrate Concentrix's concern for its employees.
Concentrix chose Cebu Exchange mainly due to its sustainable practices, which are supported by ARTHALAND's actions outside of its own developments.
