The annual Brillo Awards, a much-anticipated event within the firm, demonstrate PJLI's attitude of recognizing and rewarding loyalty, devotion, and outstanding achievement. During this year's "Brillo" event, the company recently honored its top performers at the renowned Shangri-La The Fort in Manila.

The Brillo Awards, now in their 14th year, emphasized the 35-year-old company's dedication to purpose-driven service. Cebuana Lhuillier has been committed to upholding the spirit of its founder, Ambassador Philippe Jones Lhuillier, to promote financial inclusion to every Filipino through excellent service since its foundation in 1988.

"Pahinungod: Celebrating Purpose-Driven Service" was the topic of this year's Brillo. With almost 600 loyalty awardees and other business and individual prizes handed to the company's best performers, the night was a celebration of dedication, commitment, loyalty, and hard work.

The company's devotion to its employees was stressed by CEO Jean Henri Lhuillier, who stated, "Our Brillo awards are a testament to how Cebuana Lhuillier values its people." Their hard work and enthusiasm have always been the foundation of our success."

Among those honored were two of the company's longest-serving employees, Marilyn Valencia and Ricardo Cruz, both of whom have served for 35 years and exemplify the company's devotion to its people.

Cruz, an Area Manager, described his path from janitor to his current position, emphasizing the company's dedication to employee development. Similarly, Valencia expressed appreciation for the professional and personal development she received throughout her term.
