Cebu's first Marriott Resort offers seamless connectivity powered by PLDT and Smart.
The first Marriott property in Cebu, the Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort, is now powered by PLDT Inc. and its wireless subsidiary Smart Communications, Inc. Recently, the parties reached an agreement under which PLDT would supply the resort with the following telecommunications services: Premium Internet Service (I-Gate), Smart Enterprise Wireless memberships, and IOT (Internet of Things).

The initiatives by PLDT and Smart to upgrade the digital infrastructure of its business partners are a part of a more significant initiative to enhance the connectivity of Filipinos.
