| Brother Group provides support to Rizal elementary school through 7th Brigada Eskwela |
The Brigada Eskwela is a traditional activity held in various schools across the country to prepare and clean the premises of the school before a new academic year starts. Volunteers from Brother and PBSP visited Iñigan Elementary School last May to give out school materials and supplies. The students of the said school also enjoyed playing fun games and meaningful learning activities.
Apart from this, Brother and BPSP also hosted a ceremonial turnover of the school’s upgraded restrooms and new water system which will be a source of clean water for both students and faculty members.
According to Brother Philippines President Glenn Hocson, this is the company’s way of extending a small help to help the youth succeed.
“It is our greatest pleasure to help the students and faculty of Iñigan Elementary School have a better, more accommodating, and more conducive learning environment. We chose to help this school because we felt they weren’t getting enough of the support they needed and deserved,” Hocson said.
For seven consecutive years, Brother Philippines has been supporting the Brigada Eskwela initiatives of Iñigan Elementary School. With this, Brother also encourages other companies to provide assistance to schools and other educational institutions.
