| LBC Brings Premium and Convenient Service Through LBC Connect |
For a quick reference, here's what LBC customers can do with the LBC Connect:
1. Register, update and manage your LBC account information anytime
2. Track and trace any number of shipments with status-by-status updates on your device. Tracking numbers searched on LBC Connect are automatically saved and pinned.
3. Find an LBC branch near you using the handy branch locator
4. Raise concerns and contact LBC’s customer service
Since its launch, last year both in the local and international market, the cumulative download base of the LBC Connect App recorded a 20-30% growth per month. Among its notable features include its simple and easy to navigate interface and the convenience of the track and trace feature.
Users also noted some features that would add more value like scheduling a pick-up through the app, having a barcode reader and doing online payments.
On its future updates, the LBC Connect app will soon have functions to allow customers to book any LBC branch through online transactions, raise inquiries and concerns on case and tickets management, and easily browse through promotions and rewards.
