| Be More Productive with OPPO’s VOOC Flash Charge |
A low-battery notification is the last thing a busy, multi-tasking individual needs. When a smartphone’s battery hit the critical level, some of the features like web browsing, gaming, camera, and music streaming are limited.
Addressing this, the Chinese smartphone giant OPPO has introduced another breakthrough with the OPPO Find X and the OPPO F9 which both have the VOOC Flash Charge.
As the name suggests, the VOOC Flash Charge allows smartphones like the OPPO Find X and the OPPO F9 to be recharged even in just a short period of time. OPPO made this possible by using a higher current instead of increasing the voltage in the charging process, a more efficient way compared to other quick-charge features in the market.
A standard 5V 1A charger reaches its full charge in 200 minutes when the smartphone is off, and 255 minutes when turned on. With OPPO’s VOOC flash charge, it zooms up to full charge in only 76 minutes when turned off and 95 minutes when on. When the smartphone is off, the VOOC flash charger charges 124 minutes faster than the standard charger. If a user charges his or her phone once a day, they save 45,260 minutes in a year, which is converted to approximately 754.33 hours, or 31 days—or one whole month. VOOC lets you power through your days with this extra time, and achieve more throughout the year.
With OPPO’s VOOC Flash Charge technology, all it takes is just 76 minutes to have the battery of the OPPO Find X and the OPPO F9 to be fully-recharged. It also equates a five-minute charge to enough power to do important tasks like making phone calls, answering e-mails, capturing images, surfing the web, and listening to music.
Users can also ease off their worries since OPPO made sure that the VOOC Flash Charge is safe, equipping it with five layers of protection that cover the charging adapter and the smartphone for a lightning-fast and super-safe charge.
